Living in Southern California we eat tacos for dinner 7 times a week.
The rest of our meals are fresh kale juice with wheatgrass.
I’ve been making guacamole basically since I was a newborn and this is my recipe that I think is pretty delicious.
When I bring it to parties I always hear “who made this?” to which, I stop whatever conversation I may have been having and scream, “ME!! I DID! I MADE IT!” .
I am a blueberry hoarder.
When I see them in the store I have to buy at least 2 lbs, and they’ll be gone in a day. Miles doesn’t even like blueberries.
But seriously, how delicious are they right now?
Who doesn’t love using their grill during the Summer? The cleanup the easy, the flavors are delicious, and you don’t have to stand over a hot stove.
These meatballs are garlicky and moist, with little pockets of melting feta and a nice sear on the outside. You could put them in sandwiches, salads or just dip them in the zingy yogurt sauce for an appetizer.
I honestly can’t remember the last time we ordered pizza. We’ve tried a lot of different ways to make pizza dough, and this is by far the easiest to make.
The whole process takes about 10 minutes, and you don’t even need to get your hands dirty. The dough stretches without getting holes, and when it bakes it forms this perfect crust that is crunchy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. You seriously won’t want to order pizza again once you start making your own. (more…)
If you only make quinoa one way this Summer then this should be it.
