During the Summer my favorite thing to make is cold salads.
If you haven’t tried a cold salad with Farro yet, then you don’t know what you are missing.
Let’s face it, Tilapia is needs a little help.
I’ve never heard, “go lightly on the seasonings so the Tilapia flavor will shine,” have you?
No, because tilapia doesn’t really have any flavor.
Living in Southern California we eat tacos for dinner 7 times a week.
The rest of our meals are fresh kale juice with wheatgrass.
I’ve been making guacamole basically since I was a newborn and this is my recipe that I think is pretty delicious.
When I bring it to parties I always hear “who made this?” to which, I stop whatever conversation I may have been having and scream, “ME!! I DID! I MADE IT!” .
I made a batch of these for the fourth of July and actually decided to not bring them to the neighborhood party because I wanted to eat them all myself.
I am a blueberry hoarder.
When I see them in the store I have to buy at least 2 lbs, and they’ll be gone in a day. Miles doesn’t even like blueberries.
But seriously, how delicious are they right now?
I cannot contain my excitement! I love Magic Shell! And I love things without preservatives!
And definitely do not get me started on my love for coconut oil!
Who doesn’t love using their grill during the Summer? The cleanup the easy, the flavors are delicious, and you don’t have to stand over a hot stove.
These meatballs are garlicky and moist, with little pockets of melting feta and a nice sear on the outside. You could put them in sandwiches, salads or just dip them in the zingy yogurt sauce for an appetizer.
