Frothy Iced Coffee
If it is anywhere between the hours of 7am and 3pm you’ll find me with a coffee in hand.
I love my iced coffees in the afternoon, and I have a new favorite way to make them.
I am in love with this handheld milk frother for making this frothy iced coffee. I basically made an iced coffee the way I normally would with either cold brew or just leftover cold coffee over ice with a touch of brown sugar. I then frothed up about 1/4 cup of cold whole milk using the frother and frothing pitcher and poured it over the coffee. The result is a nice creamy, frothy ice coffee that tastes like you bought it at Starbucks.
I experimented with coconut milk and almond milk which both didn’t create a great froths, but a blend of macadamia, cashew and almond created a better froth. The whole milk and half and half made the best froth which is great because that’s usually what I choose for my coffee anyway.
Have fun!
