At The Sea Salt you’ll find my recipes for healthy food inspired by my life in the water.
My recipes are based on ingredients found in Southern California (hello avocados), and dishes that I have tried in different parts of the world while on surf trips with my husband Miles. I like to highlight natural flavors by using whole grains, fruits and vegetables and minimally processed foods. I eat as little meat as I can simply because I really love animals and because it is so much better for the planet. My philosophy on food is this: try everything, eat what you like, eat what makes your body feel right, and eat responsibly.
I have a love for all things that involve coffee, houseplants, dogs and the ocean.
