Easy Cookie Butter Magic Shell
The only thing better than butter, is a butter that is made with cookies.
I’m a Cookie Butter addict.
This post is dedicated to my lovely friend Kirsten, who shares the same emotional connection with Cookie Butter that I do.
If you haven’t tried this stuff then boy do I feel sorry for you! My friend works at Trader Joe’s (where they sell it) and says that they have to limit people on how many jars they can buy at one time because people will go and sell it on the internet (because that’s normal?).
If I’m not just eating this delicious nectar of the gods out of the jar with a spoon, then I’m making Cookie Butter Magic Shell and pouring it all over my ice cream.
It literally takes 30 seconds to make, and it is a total game (dare I say life?)- changer.
Go play!
