3 Ingredient Mint Chocolate Magic Shell
I cannot contain my excitement! I love Magic Shell! And I love things without preservatives!
And definitely do not get me started on my love for coconut oil!
For your sake I hope you have these 3 ingredients in your pantry so that you can go and make this immediately!
3 Ingredient Mint Chocolate Magic Shell
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup good chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli semi-sweet, but you could use whatever you want)
- 2.5 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave 30 seconds.
- Stir and microwave 30 more seconds (or less if your microwave is stronger than mine).
- Stir until smooth, and add peppermint extract. Stir again until totally combined.
- That’s it! Pour on ice cream and wait 30 seconds for it to harden.
